Booking & Availability: Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All sessions must be approved by IAMM Productions and are secured only after the required agreement and booking payment are completed.
Payments: A booking retainer is required to reserve a confirmed session date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Final edited content will not be released until all outstanding balances are paid.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Booking retainers are non-refundable when expressly agreed upon during booking, subject to applicable law. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the terms of the signed service agreement.
Editing & Deliverables: Only the agreed number of professionally edited photographs or videos is included in the selected package. Additional edits, images, revisions or services may require additional payment.
RAW & Unedited Files: RAW files, unedited photographs and original video footage are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Proof galleries are provided for selection purposes only and may not be downloaded, altered, distributed or published without authorization.
Delivery: Turnaround times and delivery methods will be confirmed before booking. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Creative Rights & Usage: IAMM Productions retains copyright to original creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client usage rights and any permission for IAMM Productions to use content for promotional purposes will be addressed in the service agreement.
